Recurring Monthly Billing Notice – Soccer Clinic Enrollment
By enrolling in the AG SPORTS INTERNATIONAL LLC DBA Rayados Aledo Soccer Academy, you authorize Rayados Aledo to automatically charge your credit or debit card $107 per month. Charges will occur on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may cancel at any time; however, cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.
2. Mandatory Checkbox Authorization (Strict Enforcement)

I authorize recurring charges and understand that all payments are non-refundable and cancellation applies only to future billing cycles.

Important: All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future charges only and does not entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing period.

4. Terms of Service – Soccer Clinic Billing & Cancellation
4.1 Recurring Billing Authorization
By enrolling a participant in the Rayados Aledo Soccer Academy (the «Academy»), you expressly authorize Rayados Aledo Soccer Academy to charge the credit or debit card you provide on a recurring monthly basis for clinic tuition, training fees, and any applicable taxes.
Charges will be processed automatically each billing cycle unless and until cancellation is properly submitted in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Billing Cycle
Billing occurs on a monthly basis beginning on the date of enrollment and recurring on the same calendar day each month, or as close thereto as reasonably practicable.
4.3 Strict No-Refund Policy
All fees paid for the Soccer Academy are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
* Missed practices or sessions
* Participant illness, injury, suspension, or absence
* Weather-related cancellations or facility closures
* Voluntary withdrawal or schedule conflicts
No credits, make-ups, or refunds will be issued for any reason except where required by applicable law.
4.4 Cancellation Policy (Prospective Only)
You may cancel enrollment at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to support@rayadosaledo.com
Cancellation:
* Applies only to future billing cycles
* Does not result in a refund of current or prior charges
* Must be received at least 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge
4.5 Failed or Disputed Payments
If any payment is declined, reversed, or disputed:
Rayados Aledo may suspend or terminate participation immediately
Outstanding balances remain due and payable
Reinstatement may require full payment of past-due amounts
You agree not to initiate chargebacks for authorized recurring charges. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms.
4.6 Price Changes
Rayados Aledo reserves the right to modify academy pricing, fees, or billing terms at any time upon advance notice. Continued participation in the Soccer Academy after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
4.7 Assumption of Risk & No Guaranteed Participation
Enrollment and payment do not guarantee playing time, skill development, team placement, or continued participation. Rayados Aledo reserves the right to remove any participant for disciplinary, safety, or programmatic reasons without refund.
4.8 Electronic Signature & Authorization Record
Your electronic acceptance of these Terms, including selection of the recurring billing authorization checkbox, constitutes your electronic signature and authorization under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
5. Footer / FAQ Disclosure
Cancel Anytime (Prospective Only)
You may cancel your Soccer Clinic enrollment at any time by emailing support@rayadosaledo.com at least72 hours before your next billing date. All payments are non-refundable.
6. Privacy & Payment Processing
Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Rayados Aledo does not store full credit or debit card numbers.

8. Youth Participant Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release (Mandatory)
8.1 Assumption of Risk (Indoor & Outdoor Activities)
I acknowledge that participation in Rayados Aledo Soccer Academy involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical contact, falls, collisions, weather conditions, indoor facility hazards, equipment use, and the actions or negligence of other participants. These risks apply to both indoor and outdoor training sessions.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, disability, or death arising from participation, whether occurring during practices, training sessions, games, conditioning, or related activities.
8.2 Release & Waiver of Liability
By enrolling, on behalf of myself and the minor participant, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Rayados Aledo, its owners, officers, directors, coaches, trainers, employees, volunteers, contractors, landlords, facility owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to participation in the Soccer Clinic, including those arising from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
8.3 Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rayados Aledo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from the minor participant’s actions or participation in the Soccer Clinic.
9. Medical Consent & Emergency Treatment Authorization
I certify that the minor participant is physically able to participate in soccer activities. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Rayados Aledo and its representatives to obtain medical treatment for the minor participant, including emergency transportation, hospitalization, and medical care, if reasonable attempts to contact me are unsuccessful.
I agree to be financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
10. Photo & Video Release
I grant Rayados Aledo the irrevocable right to photograph, record, and use the minor participant’s name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, livestreams, or other media for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, without compensation.
11. Code of Conduct & Removal Without Refund
Participants and parents/guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Rayados Aledo reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any participant or parent for unsafe behavior, misconduct, or violations of clinic rules, without refund.
12. Governing League / Facility Lease & Venue Disclaimer
Participation may occur at facilities that are leased, licensed, or otherwise provided by third-party landlords, indoor sports complexes, schools, municipalities, or private property owners (collectively, “Facilities”).
I acknowledge and agree that:
Rayados Aledo does not own or control the Facilities
Facility rules, policies, and safety requirements must be followed at all times
Facility owners and landlords are third-party beneficiaries of this waiver and release
Claims arising from facility conditions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where applicable, participation is subject to the rules, policies, and disciplinary authority of any governing league, association, or sanctioning body overseeing play or facility usage.
13. Electronic Signature & Parent/Guardian Authority
By enrolling and submitting payment, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant and have full authority to agree to these Terms, waivers, releases, and authorizations on the minor’s behalf.
My electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and venue shall lie exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
